This information is used solely for security, debugging, and improving our platform — not for advertising or profiling.

We do not collect sensitive personal data such as financial account details, national identification numbers, or biometric data through our platform. Any financial or identity documents required for a specific transaction are collected directly by the relevant agent or legal professional, not stored on our servers.

We use the information we collect to: provide, maintain, and improve our Services; process enquiries and connect you with relevant agents or developers; send you property alerts and newsletters where you have opted in; respond to your comments and questions; detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents; and comply with our legal obligations.

Enquiry and transaction records may be retained for up to 7 years in compliance with Bangladesh financial and legal record-keeping requirements. After this period, records are securely deleted.

We use OpenStreetMap for our property location maps. OpenStreetMap is a third-party service and is subject to its own privacy practices. We do not pass any personally identifiable information to OpenStreetMap.

If you connect with us through social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn), those interactions are governed by the privacy policies of those platforms, not ours.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where the changes are material, notify registered users by email.
